Our SkillsFuture Story:
Empowering every Singaporean to build future-ready skills for fulfilling careers

SkillsFuture is a national movement that was launched in 2015 to provide Singaporeans with the opportunity to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points.

Over the years, SkillsFuture continues to be the driving force for individual and enterprise-led upskilling and reskilling efforts to prepare our workforce for a rapidly evolving economy.

As SkillsFuture embarks on the next phase, it is a key pillar of our social compact under Forward SG, where everyone is a part of the SkillsFuture story.

It is a whole-of-nation movement that encompasses an ecosystem of individuals, employers, unions, training partners, industry partners and government who collectively create and support an environment of continual upskilling and reskilling to build an agile and resilient workforce.
