The SkillsFuture 10th Anniversary Honours Award is a special accolade in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the SkillsFuture movement. It is awarded to selected employers in recognition of their strong commitment to employee development and their significant contributions to the industry and the wider community.

DBS worked with tripartite partners to develop robust career roadmaps to futureproof employees and structured programmes to help graduates and mid-career professionals build meaningful finance careers.
Beyond its own workforce, DBS has served as a SkillsFuture Queen Bee since 2022, enabling over 380 Singapore SMEs to build future-ready capabilities, strengthen business resilience and transform confidently through
targeted upskilling initiatives.

Awarded in Partnership with National Centre of Excellence for Workplace LearningSingapore Airlines (SIA) is a three-time recipient of the SkillsFuture Employer Award (Gold). SIA demonstrates an unwavering commitment to workforce development by empowering its people to learn and grow through continuous upskilling and
reskilling, access to learning resources and education sponsorships, as well as diversified experiences via career mobility programmes.
Partnerships with the Singapore University of Social Sciences and Singapore Flying College provide specialised aviation career pathways, while the SIA Foundation supports youths through outreach programmes, mentorship,
and scholarships.
Beyond aviation, the Singapore Airlines Academy develops professionals across industries to achieve service and operational excellence through standard or bespoke programmes.
