Skills Forecasting

A total of 24 skills whose demand and transferability are forecasted to grow¹³ over the next two years were identified. All of the skills reside in the Digital and Care Economies, and Industry 4.0, among others. No prominent skills from the Green Economy came through this analysis, as green trends are reasonably recent, with many skills being nascent and only starting to emerge.

¹³The 24 skills identified met the analysis criteria to (i) be a good fit with the prediction model and (ii) have kept within the prediction accuracy error margin.
