What is it?
The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance is a scheme under the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme which provides greater support for mid-career Singaporeans aged 40 and above to pursue a substantive skills reboot and stay relevant in a changing economy.
Choosing between full-time or part-time training is a big decision for many mid-career individuals as it requires personal and financial commitment. To help with this, the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance is designed to support both full-time and part-time training
- The Full-Time, Long-Form Training Allowance provides individuals with a monthly training allowance to partially address the loss of income as they take time off from work to pursue full-time, long-form training. View the list of eligible courses on MySkillsFuture.
- The Part-Time, Long-Form Training Allowance provides individuals with a fixed monthly allowance to offset incidental training expenses as they pursue part-time, long-form training. The full course list will be available in early 2026.
